In a crowded hair care market dominated by trends, Revair set out to create something timeless, a restorative hair oil that went beyond surface shine. The name itself, blending revive and hair, hinted at deeper intentions: nourishing the scalp, supporting growth, and bringing tired strands back to life. But to launch a product that was deeply therapeutic, emotionally resonant, and visually distinct, Revair needed more than packaging.

1. Strategic Brand Positioning
We transformed Revair from “a hair oil” into “The Revair Ritual”, a holistic self-care experience. This shifted the conversation from product to purpose, anchoring the brand in wellness, consistency, and calming routine.
2. Visual Identity & Packaging Design
We crafted a modern, high-quality look using deep forest greens, gold accents, and soft blush contrasts, evoking nourishment, trust, and understated luxury.
Key visual elements included
A refined serif logotype that feels rooted yet fluid
Golden droplet motifs symbolising precision and purity
Custom packaging with thermo-reactive surprise prints to create moments of tactile discovery
3. Product Ecosystem & Gifting Experience
To build emotional resonance, we developed limited-edition Revair Ritual Kits, including the oil, a silk wrap, wooden comb, and an affirmation deck, each beautifully housed in a keepsake box.
Every item supported the idea that true care begins at the root.
4. 3D Pop-Up & Campaign Extensions
We conceptualized a 3D pop-up retail experience that turned Revair’s story into a sensorial journey: from soft lighting and botanical counters to floral oil bars and immersive content stations.
It was less retail, more revival.
